Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected on this site is Nobutsa. Contact: [email protected] or @nobutsa on Telegram.

2. What data is collected and why

• Free guide email. If you download the guide, we store your email (with date and approximate country) to send you the guide, channel announcements and related content. Basis: your consent when submitting the form.
• Usage metrics. The site counts visits and button clicks anonymously and without cookies (e.g. how many people press “See plans”). No IP address, personal identifier or individual history is stored. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which likewise works without cookies.
• Payments. Payment is made on Whop; this site does not see or store card or payment data. See Whop’s privacy policy.

3. Where it is stored

Emails and counters are stored on the infrastructure of Cloudflare (Workers KV), the site’s hosting provider.

4. Who it is shared with

No one. We do not sell or transfer your email to third parties. Only the technical providers needed to run the service are involved (Cloudflare, Whop, Telegram).

5. How long

Emails are kept until you ask for them to be deleted. Anonymous usage counters are deleted automatically after 120 days.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your email at any time by writing to [email protected] from the address concerned. Requests will be handled within 30 days at most. If you believe the processing breaches the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the AEPD).

7. Embedded third parties

The site loads third-party content (TradingView, news via RSS, Google fonts). These services may receive your IP address when serving their content, in accordance with their own policies.
